International Health & Wellness Week was established to expose people to all the options available to them to improve their lives physically, mentally and spiritually. By involving all types of health and wellness providers we can show individuals how changing habits in a small way can make a big difference in the health and wellness of their lives.
IHAWW was started by Steve Guttman, when as a physical education instructor, organized a town-wide program to expose families to the value and the means to live healthier lives. As owner of Mind Body Dynamics, Steve believes that staying healthy is a combination of eating right, being physically active and in the right place mentally. Steve is emphatic that a united effort by wellness, fitness and medical community we can show the multitude of options available and how easy it can be to incorporate healthier living into daily routines.
Steve invites all types of wellness providers including but not limited to massage therapists, chiropractors, fitness trainers, nutritionists, and social workers and therapists to participate in IHAWW.
